The Lone Ranger Grazing

Petals is our only boy in the shop right now.  He and Violet are affectionate visitors, but not bonded.  He has the run of the front of the shop, but stomps in frustration when he can't come into the back when the other rabbits have their time out.
He loves rose leaves.  The girls are content to graze on the floor, but Petals helps himself to the fresh leaves in the buckets.  We let him. Unless he can reach the flowers and then he's cut off!!!

"I smell roses"!

"Here they are"!

"Yum! any apple left"?

And there I stood at the counter punching holes in perfectly good rabbit food! Sorry, Petals!

The girls graze on the floor? They clean up the floor you mean?

Tomorrow I'm getting some bunnies.

Steve - we had to calm him down after you left!
Jane - well, 'controlled' grazing. You should get a herd!
Sherri B -Yup. we get Yelp reviews from people who've never bought flowers, just "patted the bunny".

Rabbits in the flower shop! Great title for a children's book. Imagine what Beatrix Potter could have done with it--the yellow bucket, soft pink flowers and mischievous b&w bunny ...

We had rabbits when we were kids - they were so soft! I love visiting with yours virtually.

Adorable! I would like to read/look at the children's book Jen suggests. Any chance of it coming to be? : )

Jen - hmm a children's book. We'd need a good illustrator!
Webb - I never had a rabbit as a child. If you had told me ten years ago, I would be a bunny owner I would have thought it was a really bad idea.
Jaime - hmm. maybe that's my next life!

While you're waiting for an illustrator you could sell prints or cards of the last 2 photos--I am in love with them.
