My heart sank when I saw the post title. I'm so sorry. It's worst feeling when you know it's time for them to go but you feel guilty at the same time. I'm sure you have a big hole in your heart right now. So I giving you a big (((hug))) from across town.

So very sorry for your loss, it is so awful to lose a loyal and wonderful friend. You are in our thoughts and we send you some gentle mule snuffles to lift your spirits if only a little.

Thank you everyone. Really, it makes me feel better.
It's so good to be connected to so many animal lovers.

I heard about Blossom from Steve and from Jane, and I had to come to give my regards. Our pups are with us for such a short time ... a friend told me that we borrow them from God. It made me feel better when he said it. I hope it does the same for you. I'm so sorry.

If you allow the love of a dog to fill your heart, then you also, one day, know the pain of losing your companion, but there is nothing to compare to the unconditional love of a dog, so it's a hurt we all must suffer So sorry for your loss, Blossom was a beauty!

oh Shelley! If I'd been caught up on blog reading I wouldn't have hesitated to give you a giant hug on Tuesday at the market. So sorry.
