Carlos got married, had two babies, bought a two family house an hour from Boston and built his business. He loved his family, his community and beautiful flowers.
Before he died last week, Carlos told his wife La Neia that he wanted us to do the flowers for his memorial service. He didn't want funeral flowers: he wanted wedding flowers.

I absolutely love the way you present your arrangements. Just caught up with your last few posts.
Everything you do has a very warm and calm energy about it.
Oh no, I'm so sorry. He would have loved the flowers.
I'm sorry to hear you lost a friend, we don't have many to spare in this life. I always buy pretty arrangements for funerals, hate wreaths and anything that screams funeral, we should celebrate the life. You gave him beauts!
Such a beautiful thought to have wedding flowers, they make the unfortunate event of a funeral more of a celebration of life! Beautiful arrangement!!
I didn't realize when you posted one of the photos on Instagram that it was Carlos himself that passed away. Your love for him is evident in these beautiful arrangements. My condolences to you and especially his family.
So so sad. I didn't realize also it was Carlos himself. I'm glad you were able to give him this wish of beautiful flowers. Thinking about you, and his family.
Oh Shelley, I'm so sorry to read this.
Another loss, it's too much.
You certainly let your love shine through your flowers.
I love you Shelly. Stay strong.
